Notice is hereby given that the February meeting of this Council will take place at the Council Chamber Broad Street on Monday 15th February 2010 at 8pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

9. To consider planning application received (see below), to receive a report from the planning committee and receive planning decisions from Waveney District Council*

12. To receive a report on the operation of the Riverside Centre and to consider quotes for making improvements to the water heating and door entry systems at the Centre

13. To receive a report from the Riverside Centre Supervisory Group following their meeting with representatives of the Canoe Club

14. To receive a report from the working party who met on the 1st February 2010 to consider how the Council should proceed with consideration of the one way traffic proposals. If the report is accepted to fix a date for a technical review meeting with officers of Suffolk County Council

* The following plans will be considered:-

DC/10/ 0124/FUL, Mr P Milburn, replacement of existing white UPVC mock sash windows on front elevation with timber sliding sash windows, 33 Lower Olland Street .

These plans will be available for inspection on the evening of the meeting from 7.45pm and otherwise at the WDC Local Office in Broad Street during office hours.
