Army Cadet Force
Get involved
with your town or village activities - parade in your uniform with pride
onRemembrance Day, help with community projects.
The
Army Cadet Force (ACF) is over 100 years old and is a national voluntary
youthmovement. It is sponsored by the Army and aims to provide opportunities
for young people to build their personal skills and self confidence
so that they become responsible and caring citizens.
Bungay
Army Cadet Force meet at the Community Centre and consists of 14 cadets.
They are the proud owners of the Lucas Tooth Shield awarded to the most
improved detachment and are currently involved in with Heartstart. a
national scheme to train people to administer first aid for those suffering
from heart conditions.
Cadets
and ACF adults are provided with army uniforms and ACF officers hold
theQueen's Commission.
What we
